1. Schedule a Discovery Call
The discovery call is a meeting to define project criteria, priorities, and scope for your job. During this conversation, a job note is created to document the defined requirements and address any initial questions or contact information. The team and client meet to evaluate the project needs and discuss a tailored proposal. We’ll also schedule an on-site walkthrough to get eyes on your project.
2. On-Site Walkthrough
One of our experts will visit your location for an on-site walkthrough with you to evaluate the site, including equipment, materials, and line layouts. During this inspection, we will conduct a thorough analysis, and may create a model to visually represent the findings and inform the next steps. We will use this data to provide you with a detailed estimate in roughly three days.
3. Project Executed
Our expertly trained engineers implement the detailed design, ensuring that every aspect is built to specification. Throughout this phase, the team works to solve any challenges that arise, maintaining clear communication and tracking progress at each stage. Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be completed as well.
4. Follow Up
Our customer service continues beyond project completion with follow-up surveys and regular check-ins to ensure your system runs smoothly—something our customers truly appreciate.
We provide final documentation to the client, ensuring all records are complete and accessible. Our team addresses any remaining concerns, confirming that the delivered solution meets the established criteria for quality, cost, and satisfaction.
