Wil brings over 24 years of military service in the U.S. Navy, where he specialized in main propulsion, auxiliary systems, cryogenics, and quality assurance. With an impressive career managing multi-million dollar projects, his leadership and problem-solving skills have continually driven successful outcomes in complex engineering environments.
Raised in Selma, Alabama, Wil’s career highlights include his service in the Navy, earning a college degree in Engineering Management, and, most importantly, becoming a husband and father. His military service has honed his ability to manage teams and projects effectively, with proven success in improving project timelines, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
Before joining SG Energy Solutions, Wil served as a Project Manager for Genplant On-Site Energy, where he facilitated large-scale projects worth up to $10 million. His experience also includes working with General Dynamics NASSCO and Baker Hughes GE Company, where he successfully led production schedules, enhanced operational efficiencies, and applied agile methodologies to drive significant performance improvements.
